My two daughters have been attending the Tiny Tots Jiu Jitsu sessions at Impact Self Defense since October, and the experience has been incredible. The growth I’ve seen in both of them in just a few months has been amazing.
Not only are they learning real skills, but their confidence, focus, and listening skills have improved so much. The instructor is patient, encouraging, and truly knows how to work with young kids in a way that keeps it fun while still teaching discipline and respect.
