They are building out a muscle recovery area so your able to go back to work or home but your body is healing faster and/or still “working out” AFTER your session. Very cool stuff!!!

I’d give illuminate sweat 10 stars if I could. Starting with the front desk guys, Fernando & Victor. Those guys, no matter the time, will always greet everyone with a smile. They know every single person’s name that walks through the door which makes me feel that much more welcome. They truly represent illuminate sweat very well. The coaches bring the energy every single class and guide you through it always ready to answer any questions. I have only been a member for a month and I’m HOOOOKED. If you’re looking for a gym, look no further illuminate is THE place to be.
