Joey and Julio helped me with warranty repair of my light in my house. After their hard work light works! Their manager Mason is also is very responsible professional, very customer oriented. Great customer service!

Matthew Guevara was absolutely outstanding! He called in advance of his arrival, and showed up properly masked and equipped to do his job while providing safety for my family and himself. His knowledge and level of expertise was only matched by his ability to explain the system and answer every question I had. At first glance my new build smart home seemed to be a routine install, but the home builders made some mistakes that to me would have presented some serious challenges for Mr. Guevara. Our homebuilder had Javier from IES come out to fix some warranty issues at our house in the middle of COVID. Javier was incredibly respectful and knowledgeable, and he even left behind written instructions for us to ensure we did not overload circuits in the future. We then had IES come out again (Javier and Robert) to deal with a number of electrical issues we were having. Once again, their customer service was second to none along with their high standard of craftsmanship.
