Had all the basics and some extras. The owner is super nice but none of the products I typically purchase at my local shop in Chicago were here. I'm a huge fan of Koch Chemie, P&S, etc. I.detail does have a ton of microfiber options.

I ordered an item online and usps didn't provide proper tracking. The owner personally called to me make sure I received the item! The customer service is top notch!!!! Absolutely recommend 10000%
