What stood out the most was their honesty and transparency, even though they delivered bad news, they were truthful, straightforward, and took the time to explain everything clearly. That level of integrity is hard to find and greatly appreciated. The crew worked hard, communicate communicated well, and made a stressful situation much easier for our family. It has been a pleasure working with Hy-Tech Foundations. Early last year, we had three buildings that needed service and from the initial meet, Noe was beyond professional. He walked through a plan of action of what he and his team needed from us and if there was a change in plan, it was communicated to the association immediately. If residents had issues, Noe took the time to meet with them individually and to explain what he and his team were doing and the how long it would last.
