I recently contacted this company regarding a possible leak in my guest bathroom. Luckily it wasn't a plumbing issue; however, there was a discrepancy regarding the cost of the visit. The day after this occurrence, I was contacted by the owner of the company, Victor and had the absolute pleasure of making his acquaintance. Not only did he educate his entire team regarding the discrepancy, he contacted me to issue a full refund. I was shocked that he owned the issue and corrected it in house.
