I came home determined to work on one simple project. The kind of simple that somehow turns into the same Monday on repeat for two straight days. I did everything right. Played good music. Calmed my spirit. Sat down. Logged in. And then BitLocker recovery.
At this point I am pressing keys that feel emotionally correct because I do not have a key code and I am fairly certain I am one wrong move away from permanently locking myself out of my own life. Headache immediately returns. So I call Houston Tech. It is after 5. Expectations are low. Hope is fragile. The hold music starts. Time slows down. Three to five minutes turns into what feels like a full life reflection.

Called HoustonTechIT services and MO was very kind, patience and helpful. He pointed me on the right direction and provided me with IT support despiete not being a customer of theirs. Very lucky to have found somebody that was willing to help me out.
The HoustonTech team is INCREDIBLE! Now that we switched over to them for our Law Firm for IT services we have all be amazed at what they can do for us. If you are looking for IT services and you don’t know who to choose look no further and give them a call to set up a one on one meeting to discuss everything they have to offer. All of the Techs that work there are so nice and very helpful, also - the owners are small town business owners give these guys a chance to letting them help YOU!
