I was referred by my doctor to Houston Medical Imaging (HMI) for MRI. The following day, I received a message from HMI to fill up the form on line. Although the form needs a little improvement in some areas, it did its purpose. This morning was my scheduled procedure. I was checked in quickly by the staff with filled up information that I did on-line with a bit of add'l info to fill up and sign. I waited for around 10 minutes and was called for the procedure. Their personnel are very professional, the equipment used is state-of-the-art that although I am claustrophobic, I was able to tolerate it. It is all white, wider and open on both sides. Going into the Houston Medical Imaging I was extremely anxious about being in a MRI machine for 40-60 minutes; the front desk person was helpful and the radiologist was as absolutely patient, kind and provided me with everything that made my experience comfortable, which allowed me to be less stressed! Highly recommend.
Everyone was so warm and welcoming, as soon as I came in the door. My experience was truly memorable! The staff were truly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. Haven’t been to an establishment like this one before. I wish that I could televise them all, showing the world what a class act of professionalism looks like!
