I had called a couple other flower shops around lunch and they were not going to be able to deliver the same day to my grandmother who was staying at Rotary House since I called so late in the day. HCMF not only made a beautiful arrangement that was exceptionally more stunning and larger than the picture of the bouquet I had found on their site. The person helping order was so helpful and kind with giving me tips with how to make sure Rotary House would get the flowers to the right place. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the stunning flower arrangement as was the recipient! Jenny was both professional and listened to my request and the flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them!

This was my first time ordering from this florist. Jenny was so kind and thoughtful as she took my phone order. She sent a few pictures of arrangements to my phone so I could make a selection. She was prompt in texting the receipt. Every florist should have a Jenny:)
