My job keeps me very buys and I just bough this house - between both I barely have time for anything else despite my sister and brother (when they visit me) . That is why having a very reliable service is so important and mostly to help you to keep the value of your new inversion. I had other service - who could not deal with the situation of the rats in my attic this cause the air condition company to cancel me the service because they were afraid to go to the attic. The noise on the attic - sounded like there were a lot of them - When I call the Gulf Coast Exterminators the first great experience is - the lady who talk to you on the phone - she is empathic to your situation and she has a lot of patience - which I did appreciate it since I was very worried about this - the second great experience was - the professional they sent to do the Job: Jon - Now due to all the contractors that come and go due to the house - I do read and ask tons of questions - and at that point I got rid of two snakes so I was like in a mood of I really need to know you will do the job - I feel so bad because I did talk a lot and ask so many questions - which he was very patience and kind to answer - he gave me the alternatives - he applied them and told me two weeks. Two days - the noise came down to hear only two - and at the 4th day - you could see them moving strange in front of my car - of course - I have tolerance to rat to certain level so I went out when I saw them began to die - I took pictures of them death in front of my car - I was like woow - so I decided to switch my service of the pest with them - the second visit one day prior the two that were left - they did not let me sleep trying to get into the kitchen - When Jon did arrived (again very patience) he saw the pictures and listen - he refill the traps the poison - etc - and then he did the pest service around the house - and he suggested the bigger noise might be something else - which I think he is right -might be a racoon - Two hours after he left - I went out with my dogs to the yard - and I began to walk around the house - and i was like woooowww- a lot of roaches dead - something I did not see with the other pest service after they did the service to me..... It is Sunday and I have not seen a roach around the house and I have not hear the little things anymore in the attic - just the heavy one which I am waiting to record the sound as Jon suggested. I just can tell you how relief I feel to know there is a contractor that can do the job - They have kind, empathic people and very knowledgeable experienced professionals like Jon who came to do the service at my house. They have patience to listen and the have quality on doing what they say they will do as service and on top great price! - I am so happy with their service - Since I learn due to the location of the house, the rat problem comes and goes (too many restaurants close by) that is why everyone one here loves the feral cats and put food and shelter for them - I will keep them for every month - to do my pest control -and that is one less worried for me! in the 100s I have about the house - Thank you so much for your great job!! I wish I could upload the pictures so you could see the death rats and roaches death - it is really amazing - Thank you so much for keeping my house clean ans safe pest!! The quality and service you do is amazing!!!
