Due to an insurance change, I had to find a new opthalmologist after over 15 years with my old provide. Today was my first visit. I received excellent services from Dr. Alex and the staff. I highly recommend this location.
I got my regular eye exam at the East location a couple of days ago. My wait time was 5-10 minutes. My assessment and exam with Dr.Yim went quickly also. Then I got fitted for new glasses (which I'm excited about). Glasses were a little pricey but everything went very well. I would and do recommend them to others. ?
From the Dr. down to staff are kind and welcoming. They are patient in every phase during the visit. Whatever your need they are right on point. Thank you Houston Eye Associates. You all are Awesome!
