Houston Door Check did an amazing job at our office! We originally called them out to fix our front door because the hydraulic closer had completely broken. Alec came out and not only fixed that issue quickly, but also went above and beyond by helping us get another door working that hadn’t opened in at least 10 years. Parts arrived and service was done within 3 business days!
He was professional, efficient, and very respectful of our workspace so much so that I honestly forgot he was even there while he was working. On top of that, he made sure everything was cleaned up before he left.

I would love to be able to review the work output of this business, but unfortunately, after the initial contact, they have ignored four calls and a couple of email form submissions from me trying to nail down the service call. I have trying to get a hardware replacement, and estimates for metal commercial door replacement and resetting the hinges of another door.
If you can't--or don't want to--do the job, just send a text, email or voicemail to that effect and we can move on. But chasing you for six days is a bit ridiculous.
Use Houston Door Check if you have a lot of time on your hands to waste, enjoy shouting into the void and hearing your echo back, and not getting anything accomplished for your efforts. If this sounds like you, Houston Door Check is a splendid fit.
