I called around looking for someone to repair my computer. Most of the companies were more concerned with the diagnostics fee than they were with the problem.

I cam stumbled across this company and the moment the repairman answered, he asked detail questions about the problem and gave his opinion on fixing it. He also reassured me that there was no hidden charge to determine problem and a fix.

When I took the computer in that afternoon, he simply asked me to give him a couple of hours and he would call me. One hour later, he called with a resolution, which was the same that he had given when he did the over the phone diagnostics.
