Anjulena is a fantastic dance instructor. She's very friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Me and my fiance have a big height difference and she helped us with suggestions on dance moves that best fits our height difference. She is also very patient with her instructions and breaks down complicated dance moves to easy to follow steps. Highly recommend her.
Houston Ballroom Dance is the best dance studio EVER with the best instructor in the world. Her knowledge for every kind of dance and her ability to teach it is like no other. Anjulena teaches with wisdom, kindness, and love for her students. I have been a student since 2018. I know from my first class that this was for a lifetime. Not only was my physical health better but my mental as well. She has a way of teaching that you come out with such clarity of how dance mirrors life and relationships,but that there is nothing that you cannot achieve with practice. Anjulena is a fantastic instructor. I never wanted to dance with my wife because I felt clumsy and that I looked silly trying to dance. I know not only am confident to dance with my wife in public, I actually enjoy it and are looking forward to opportunities to show off what we've learned. Anjulena not only does a great job of instructing you in what exactly you're doing wrong, she recognizes when you're not getting it and changes things up and takes a different approach without getting frustrated or making us feel like we're failing.
