The drive from cypress TX to the Bellaire facility location is definitely worth the drive me and my children have been apart of Hope Clinic for 6yrs the staff is very helpful friendly attentive and accommodating the dental assistant and secretary Ms Vanessa is very great at accommodating and explaining detailed visit information and treatment to you to a tee , Dentist Dr Heiu Nguyen is amazing and very comical very punctual he entertained my daughter to make her comfortable with her appointment Dr Smitha Nair is the sweetest and most amazing affectionate Dr ever Lab Tech Rosslynn is great at what she does she is very compassionate and patience with you during your labs...read full review
I came here for the dentist service, the dentist office is further down inside the building. You can always ask the security guard where it is at. This place was one of the dentist on my insurance plan. So I did not need to pay anything more on my visit. Vanessa at the front desk in the dentist office was very professional and helpful as she helped my to make my next appointment and one for my mom. I saw Dr. Nguyen, he was very professional and make some recommendation on how to floss my teeth better and more. I know HOPE Clinic is catered towards low income households, but you want great service for a fraction of the cost, this place will get your money with.
I go in Hope clinic to do my baby medical insurance.who is the lady name lupe she is really good.we ask her a lot of questions she give us feedback with smile and nice behavior.
