HBE was recommended to us by a water damage restoration company after it was discovered that we had a leak from our shower into our closet. Michael was quick to respond and came to look at everything. After we decided this project should be filed on insurance, HBE said they would work with us on that and didn’t pressure us to just have the project completed. When we went to file our claim, the “virtual adjuster” denied the claim due to “neglect”. Michael said he would personally reach out to the insurance company to request an on-site adjuster. After a week of waiting on approval for the on-site adjuster, they finally agreed to schedule a visit. Michael made himself available to be at the house to meet with the adjuster so he could personally explain how we would’ve never know there was a leak, therefore this shouldn’t be a case of neglect. After meeting with the on-site adjuster not only were we approved for the shower fix, but they approved new flooring for the entire bathroom and closet. So glad HBE worked with us and helped us in dealing with the insurance company. Let the fun begin in our unplanned bathroom remodel!
