At times of loss you need people who actually feel like they care. I was so comforted by Jill’s presence. She felt like family. She made sure we got what we needed. I will forever be grateful to her ❤

in the past years, this cemetery was really nice, it was kept nice. now when they cut the grass they leave all the grass scatter everywhere, were you can't see the loved ones plaque. I really regret buried my mom there.. I have complaint several times and no one seems to care or so anything about it. so an advice, before you decide to buy a plot here, go and take a tour of the cemetery, you will see all the grass all over the tombstone's . I was told by another people since they have another owner this place got like this...I have to keep going to clean my mom's area. worst place ever... I really didn't want to give a star, but i had to in order to post this... so NO STARS !!!
to you comment!! YES THE REASON MY MOM'S AREA IS NEAT AND CLEAN, IS BECASUE MY BROTHER GOES AND CLEANS IT EVERY SUNDAY, AND I GO EVERY DAY JUST TO MAKE SURE IT NICE AND CLEAN.... BECAUSE THE HOUSES/ DOGS BEHIND MY MOMS GRAVE SIDE THEY GO AND POOP ALL OVER THE PLACE... BUT IS NOT BECAUSE THE COMPANY THAT SERVICES YOUR LAWN DOES IT...

Love love love the staff! I lost my grandpa in December, and it was very hard on my family. The staff was very comforting and even got my family Shipley’s donuts upon request. The staff was able to ease a little bit of our pain on such a hard day.

I'm trying to get my cousin buried here because I quess back than it was a great place all my family members and friends are here but it's so hard now than want to dot there i and ya. What ever they did ??? But they want emails and they bought the plots 20 years ago. How???They not alive Now I need 3 people s emails related . I did this for my grma and Aunt they buried where my cousin is suppose to be buried Wednesday cause they making it hard .so now he won't be I sign those papers I can't no more Check ya paperwork Don't go to the same thing I'm going thru .Go in person they always send you to voicemail Wish ya luck.

01-02-2025 Very Poor management no knowledge of how horrible the up keep is. I went to visit my love one's I couldn't find them. I visit them on every occasion at least one a month. Or as weather permits. The area where they are buried gets flooded the water is pass you anke. They were so sunken in we had to use a kro bar to scarp away all the over grown grass. I spoke the manager all he could say was I'm sorry. I will look into it today and give your a call back today. I'm going to contact the news media. I'm going to be sure that every forgotten love one grave site gets taken care of.

Andy at Historic Hollywood Cemetery did a great job with fixing my dads bronze name plate on the granite base headstone in a timely and professional manner. Now I have piece of mind knowing my dads grave site won't be damaged. Over the years, the bronze name plate became loose and could easily be removed, stolen or swept away due to heavy rain or flooding. I called the office on Monday morning and it was fixed the very next day. Great job Andy. Big shout out to Andy and the entire team at Historic Hollywood Cemetery. I know I'll be in good hands when it's my time to leave this earth!
