It was my 1st time here & I got my hair done by Sarah #2. She was so professional & sweet. I explained to her that I had a bald spot & she still executed the hairstyle I wanted. My braids was nice & neat I will be coming back. Before I go I just want to Thank Sarah again she made me secure about getting my hair braided

Just got my hair braided by Miriam and Fafa yesterday. I’ve never gotten my hair braided that fast. We were done in 3 and a half hours and my hair is down to my butt. I love my hair. It’s so pretty. The music was lit and the environment feels like family. I included a picture. It’s kinda dark, but you can tell how lovely they are even in the dark. You’ve got a new customer.

Paid $180 and I hardly have any braids. Went in for medium knotless and they look horrible. It took them two hours so I figured it wasn’t going to be right. Then I gave them a tip only because they’re money hungry. That’s my last time going to them

My daughters and I been going here for years and over a decade for myself. If I TELL YOU I AM PISSED. I have been correcting the heat damage from my daughters hair due to the hot water they used. I told both ladies only dip the small ends to stop coming apart. My daughter called and said AFTER she reminded them NOT TO dip it up to her hair they still did it. Because they didn't like how it looked. I know what it will look like if it's not dipped completely WHAT HAPPENED TO DO THE SERVICE I FKIN REQUESTED. They do NOT CARE ABOUT THESE BABIES HAIR BUT STILL WAS EXPECTING THE FULL PAID WITHOUT RECTIFYING SHITTT. I just got my hair done a week before

So i dont really do review but for this hair didnt worth the price.($170). The lady that did my hair she is big and very rude.They ladies are not welcoming, the more the ladies frown there faces it look really ???.Anyways not doing my hair there anymore.✌️

I have been going to this braiding salon since I was in high-school. Over the years the quality of service has gone all the way down. What was once a shop that braided Beyonce's hair is now a shop of money hungry, ugly attitude, unprofessional braiders who do not know how to braid but will charge top dollar. The shop is run down with old equipment that is falling apart. The braiders do not take pride in their work, they will speak ill of you in their native language because they know you do not understand what their saying, they will let you walk out the shop with a horrible braid style as long as they got their money. I will never go back and if a loyal customer who has been going there for decades refuses to return, THE QUALITY OF SERVICE MUST BE BAD.
