I don’t usually write reviews but this time I would like to make an exception. I went to many stores around Houston for cabinets and countertops for the whole kitchen face lift - they have the best price and service here. Got the quote quickly. They assigned you a specific personal assistant to work with throughout the whole process which is very convenient for me. The quality of the cabinets are great - I don’t have any complaints. Would highly recommend this to anyone around Houston area who are looking to renovate/build their kitchen and bathroom.

First I order $3300 worth of cabinets for pick up, but he said wait for 3 hours. So I said ok and will pick up tomorrow. About 4 hours they said they don't have my cabinets in stock, I said to go ahead and canceled my order. I felt bad since my friend referred me to them so I decided to pick up what they had in stock minus the glass cabinet wall door. So the very next morning I gave them a courtesy call for pick up. As I arrived, the guy pulled out my order and did not help me load it on my truck. When I went home the contractor was installing the cabinet, and I noticed there was a few scratches on them. On the very next box, I personally opened the package because I thought the contractor messed it up but I witnessed it myself that it was the manufacture default. So I give them a call and explained it to them. They hurried up and denied any wrong doing. I said I can Face time you and open another box if they would like. And he refused. This is very bad business for a company like this. Then he said there's no refund on the product. $3000 cabinet wasted. DO NOT BUY FROM

The staff were so friendly and personable! Since it was my first time redoing my cabinets at my house, they walked me through every step and explained how to measure the kitchen so that they could give me different design choices on different 3D renderings. They gave me suggestions on my cabinet choices and showed me the quality of the wood materials, which was pretty affordable and well within the budget I originally had set for myself. With the savings, I was actually able to do more renovations that I hadn’t originally budgeted for! Overall I was impressed at the look after it was done a week later, since it looked pretty close to the renderings. Overall great friendly staff— fast and responsive when I called to ask them about different steps along the way! Definitely would recommend family and friends.
