My dad was moved here from the HCA in Pearland. Every single person that was involved in my dad's care was absolutely amazing. The compassion, understanding and most importantly, the patience they had with us was something I have never experienced in a hospital to this degree. I recommend them 10000000 times. The ICU staff, can't beat them.
No wait time they’re knowledgeable, nurses , dr and entire staff. My first time Here Knowing it was a busy day I went with Instincts came in by ambulance, and instantly felt like family. I am in the medical field and know when I see well-rounded people, especially warming, and always having a smile pushing through the entire day. Keep up the good work I pray that all of HCA hospitals, especially Kingwood, will learn from Medical Center HCA. I don’t like speaking rude about anyone, but I have to give honor where honors is due! Thank you guys for being my angels in my time of Health challenges !God bless you guys and family keep up the Good job and passion!
The emergency room ok, nurses Great.The hospital room remodel, staff very good. liked the Doctors, great care.I guess if there was a neg.cleaning came and mopping with dirty water and it stinks.
