While the front desk staff may not always be very welcoming and the place has a low-budget feel, the therapists are excellent and provide a wonderful experience. Many clients find the massages very effective and affordable, with some returning regularly for self-care. The therapists are skilled and attentive, and the included sauna and steam room add to the experience, making it feel like a spa day despite the simple setting. Although the bathrooms may have a slight mildew smell and customer service at the front desk could be improved, visitors appreciate the great massages, friendly therapists, and good value for the price.
