I went in today for a massage, and let me tell you it was the best massage I have ever had. It won me over much so that I got a membership. My massage therapist was name Jessica and she was the most sweetest person, very gentle and professional, she knows her job. The Ladies at the front desk was pleasant and beyond friendly their demeanor and pleasantness help me to make the decision to get the membership. I really appreciate the membership has a no cancellation policy and can be canceled at anytime, that is a plus because we never know when a financial hardship may come up. Thanks to everyone I encountered today at hand and stone for making my day special.

I've been going this spa for almost 2 years for all my facials and massage needs. Every single time i go, I'm always welcomed with warm beautiful smiles and faces from beginning to the end. My go to esthetician is Siham, she is just amazing, she makes you feel welcome and seen , she actually cares about your skin and genuinely only recommends facials tailored to your skin needs.. not like some who just want to sell packages and make a buck off you. Pros - clean facility, friendly staff, easy to book, professional demeanor.Cons - only do general massages and skip over areas. Will not do specific work. Extras are expensive.Ying was the only person I might see again out of the 5 I tried.
