I stopped by the Memorial location today to get some information on their services, and I had a really great experience. I was helped by a gentleman with curly hair, a younger woman, and the manager, and they were all genuinely kind and welcoming. The manager took the time to walk me through the spa menu and even gave me her business card, which I really appreciated. You can tell the team truly cares about their guests and creating a positive environment. I’m looking forward to having my daughter book me an appointment for Saturday!
I absolutely love the Houston Memorial location! I’ve been to another location before and it honestly doesn’t compare to this one. You can really feel the difference as soon as you walk in.
Destiny, the spa director, is amazing. You can tell she has an esthetician background because she was so knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and help me with my skin concerns. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which I really appreciated.
Her team is just as great everyone is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. Overall, such a great experience every time I come here!
