Excellent service at a more than fair price. Carmen has been cutting my hair for thirty years, long before she opened Hair By 4. In those thirty years, I've only had my hair cut at other places twice, and that was in Port Angeles, Washington due to extended work related travel. She is truly an artist at her craft.

My grandma would take me here back in 2006-2007 maybe even earlier for hair cuts& color by Carmen! She did my gma Fredas hair all the time, my mom Raquel’s hair, and mine! She’s amazing at what she does! I hope to visit again soon and get my hair colored by her! She did highlights on my hair. They were gorgeous!!!

Oh my goodness this place is amazing! I have been going here for at least 19 years. I would never go anywhere else. They know their color they know what you can do and can’t do with your hair. They know everything. If you haven’t tried this place you should you won’t be sorry.
