Excellent service at a more than fair price. Carmen has been cutting my hair for thirty years, long before she opened Hair By 4. In those thirty years, I've only had my hair cut at other places twice, and that was in Port Angeles, Washington due to extended work related travel. She is truly an artist at her craft.

I desperately needed a haircut. Nina did an excellent job. It’s been a very long time since I felt comfortable going into a salon for a haircut and have these kind of results. My now go to place. Thank you Nina

Best hair cut so far.We have lived in Texas for 5 years and nearly every haircut experience I have had has been a nightmare. Letty did an AMAZING job for my son and I. It was a 30 minute drive from my house and I can't wait to go back. The price was great, the cut was awesome and fast! Thanks so much Letty!
