I came home this evening to find that my AC wasn’t working, so I called Hage Energy. They were able to schedule a service call within just one hour, which was a huge relief.
The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out my drain line was clogged. He thoroughly cleaned the entire drain pan, cleared the drain line, and applied the necessary treatment. Within about 30 minutes, my AC was up and running again.

After dealing with a lot of uncertainty and mixed messages from other companies, Raj came out and gave us one of the most thorough, honest, and reassuring service experiences we’ve had in a long time.
He is clearly extremely knowledgeable about Trane variable-speed systems and was able to explain everything in a way that actually made sense without being alarmist or pushy.
