I needed a refresh on my pixie and decided to try Great Clips. I was skeptical but took a chance and glad I did. I checked in online and made my way to the Yale location. I was greeted immediately upon entering and seated. The stylist asked what I wanted and to be honest I didn’t know how to explain precisely but I tried. She knew and did exactly what I was looking for. My haircut was amazing and exactly what I visioned. Latasha did an amazing job and she let me know if there was anything off once I styled it to come back the next day and she would fix it. Never fails, I walk in, get my hair cut. Doesn't matter who does it. I'm satisfied. Took me 3 years after moving to Houston to find the right place, and this is the place.
