I usually get my hair cut here once a week. For an unknown reason, I was informed today that a rinse after a haircut now comes with an extra surcharge. This is very strange and is not the usual practice here. If I have wanted a quick rinse in the past, then there was no extra cost. Also, I'm not sure that this is correct because there is no signage anywhere in the business that indicates this. I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 due to this ambiguous, and possibly incorrect, information that was told to me today on there being extra cost for a rinse after a haircut.

Great clips is where is get my haircut for the last 18 years. I bounce between the S Fry location and the Green House location depending on wait times. The app / electronic check in is a fantastic way to get inline with out being present in the waiting area.

First time visiting this shop and I can proudly say that I made a good decision!The friendly staff, Monick, was the one who took care of my delicate hair! ?She did an excellent job on my hair and I would love to be back again near future!I walked in since my phone was acting up but I waited less than 10 mins to get my service. Online check in is highly recommended tho!Anyways, keep up the good work!Cheers ?
