It has been 3 weeks since my yard has been mowed. When I contacted them this week, they said they would be there Friday, my normal day. I told them then Friday was the deadline. Contacted them Friday morning, was told I was not on the schedule. They would try to get to me Saturday, if not, it would be next week. So, after 3 weeks, I am not on the schedule for what should be my normal day, but they will get to me when they can. I was given the feeling they had so many other customers, but would work me in when they could. This after using Grass Monkey for a couple years. Looking for someone else.

I had them scheduled to come out yesterday, and service my lawn no body showed up. This morning I get a call from the office asking if they came yesterday, when I told the girl no she asked if I still wanted them to come out. After no call no show I told her NO
