I can’t express how grateful I am for Golden Towing Houston! After waiting for AAA to arrive for 3 hours, we decided to call another towing service. They answered with great customer service and were very up front and honest about the pricing! AAA was going to be so much more expensive and had made me wait so long. Not only did they come quickly, but also cared about my car, making sure it wasn’t damaged. They were patient with me and made sure I was satisfied with the job. I will recommend them to everyone for any towing needs! Overall, great service, great person! Thank you!

I dont usually leave reviews but these guys deserve it. They handled my classic car with a lot of respect. They assured me everything was scrapped down correctly and demonstrated their procedures. Not a SCRATCH! The lady who answered my dispatch call was also incredibly helpful, all around a good company.
