I was having problems with my ac after installation of a new condenser. After being improperly charged for a follow up service call, my account was finally credited. Also Lee was able to come out once again and diagnose and correct the problem. He knows his stuff when it comes to AC systems and is very professional.
Highly ethical is my best impression.I spoke to Steven initially and that conversation made me postpone getting other estimates for my a/c system replace.Austin came out to quote the job.His was honest and had a simple work ethic that I apprecciated:Do a very thorough,honest, good job at a fair price.He was not in a rush to make the sale and leave and did not take advantage of a possible upsale that I asked about because,he explained how, it would not be of much benefit for me.There was no BS about his manner.After the very fast 4.5 hour install by Santosh,(which looks great)Austin came back and installed a UV unit and did a much more than visual inspection including... read full review
Gilbert’s Air Specialists were AWESOME! They asked insightful questions to understand our needs, educated us on our options, and then found us a great system that fit within our budget. Their speed of service was incredible as well! I would highly recommend Gilbert’s Air Specialists!!!
