    I had the most an amazing experience at Gigi Salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was so inviting and clean—definitely a place where you can relax and enjoy the experience.

    The ladies were incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. They were not only nice but also super efficient. I couldn’t believe how quickly they worked without sacrificing quality! My braids came out absolutely flawless, and I was in and out in no time.

    If you’re looking for a top-notch hair braiding experience, Gigi Salon is the place to go. The skill and speed combined with their exceptional customer service, made it so wonderful. I will definitely be back for my next set of braids! Highly recommend!

    Clean shop and in a good location. Gizelle is so sweet. Easy to book with and reasonably priced. I love my braids. I received many compliments.

    10/10 best place to get your hair braided. Outstanding service, hands down the best Braider’s in the area. My Braider ariene(not sure I got the spelling correct) was so welcoming and she for sure does a good braid I’m definitely coming back again.

    Just moved to Texas and been trying to find a braider but I wasn't liking how they braids was frizzy or not all the same size and prices 300 +. I found GiGi from it popping up on my Facebook THANK GOD she snapped on my braids they so PRETTY and she was reasonable on pricing and fast. They are the only braid shop I will be going to from now on!!!! Thanks Gigi Salon Houston

    I wish I was leaving a good review bc of the service I received at this salon but unfortunately I will never give this establishment any more money nor my business. I booked an appointment with Giselle (the owner) on Nov 7, 2022 after looking her up online; we used to live up the street from the salon and my husband got his hair braided there several times. She was very nice and even scheduled an appointment after salon hours to accommodate my school schedule. Unfortunately, my mother died unexpectedly the very next morning on Nov 8, 2022 and I immediately text Giselle to cancel my appointment. I asked if she could return my deposit and/or if I'd be able to schedule an appointment at a later time, but I emphasized that I did not know when due to this tragic event. She advised me that she would hold my deposit and to take my time in rescheduling. In the midst of grieving and my life quite literally falling apart, I reached out several months later, which shouldn't have been a problem considering such a tragic loss, right? Wrong. Giselle did not answer for a month and then proceeded to tell me the deposit was non-refundable, which I figured so I asked if she would still allow me to make an appointment per our previous discussion of her holding my deposit. She answered another week later and said "if you want to book an appointment, you'll have to make another deposit". Are you serious? How insensitive and greedy can someone be. I didn't cancel my appointment for something stupid, MY MOTHER DIED! And you have the nerve to 1. Keep my money and not honor my appointment rescheduling and 2. Fix your lips to ask for another deposit. Wow. Needless to say, she won't be getting mine or my family's business ever again. Giselle can keep the little $50. She must need it more than I do. But to lose another several hundred dollars and a loyal client just to keep fifty that doesn't really belong to you, is crazy. Good luck Giselle.P.S. I will be inserting pictures of the conversation as proof.

    Gisele was great! She did my quickly and displayed a great level of skill. You can tell she's been doing it for years.

    They were so bad I had forgot to rate them.. since I never went back. This shop don't offer nothing.. no hair wash or dry. Nothing but the over priced service for bare bones quality.
