I have mixed feelings about this clinic, it is surprisingly packed with people and assistants yet took a while for my turn even though I did have an appointment. When they got my blood test and urine test done, they would not call you. I had to call them to check by myself a week later, and when I wanted my results to be sent through email (which I think it's usual since every clinic does that, at least all the ones I have been to), they said I needed to come by the office to pick up the physical copy. Would not come back to this clinic.

The communication with this office is below average . They RARELY answer the phone, might even send your calls to voicemail.. which is absurd for a Doctors office. They only work 4 days out the week and like 3 of those days are from 8-12! This system of operations makes it very difficult to even make an appointment let alone be a PRIMARY care physician. The voicemail is not even available for them to call the clients back that has been trying to harass them for an appointment. No mi gusta!

Doctor Steven is a great physician & caring since I am a patient for almost 10 years. The service & staffs in the first 5 years are great, but it is going to get worse. I did get appointment, but I have to wait at least 40 minutes even though I come earlier. I do not let it happen again for the 4th times, so I already found the same quality doctor & five stars service after 30 minutes searching. Let's the money paid for my best.
