Everything was great. Jeremiah very pleasant and explained all that we needed to do . No pressure. The guys that laid the line worked continuesly and finished the job on one day. Mud and rain. Thank you
The tech Issac was extremely professional and courteous, and quickly identified and fixed the issue. Then when I paid the bill, I failed to notice he didn't remove the service charged as advertised, and overpaid by $39.99. I was pleased the service charge was refunded immediately. Management then took the time to reach out personally and apologize for arriving after the service window, and offered a refund for my inconvenience.
Arrived on time, very pleasant technician and talked through everything before starting. Install was completed quickly and I thought the cost was very good. Overall very satisfied and will be using them again for 2 future new toilet installs.
