Getting constantly spammed in my email by whatever they're using to automate estimate communication is extremely disorienting and difficult to keep track of.
Made it difficult to understand what I was being charged for and how much. As a result, I didn't get charged what I thought I was.

The tech Issac was extremely professional and courteous, and quickly identified and fixed the issue. Then when I paid the bill, I failed to notice he didn't remove the service charged as advertised, and overpaid by $39.99. I was pleased the service charge was refunded immediately. Management then took the time to reach out personally and apologize for arriving after the service window, and offered a refund for my inconvenience.
