I travel frequently for work and have the good fortune of staying at The Four Seasons in Houston most times I visit Houston. This hotel is single handedly my favorite thing about visiting Houston and I don’t have a single negative thing to say about it. Lovely and tasteful rooms, kind and thoughtful hotel and restaurant staff. If I had to summarize the hotel in one word: Quality.
Exceptional experience staying here during our road trip. Wonjae made the night extra special with his attention to detail & in making the speakeasy experience possible. Would say he went out of his way to make the stay memorable.
By far the best experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel. Sometimes you pay that premium price at these hotels and never get what you expect but Wonjae exceeded those expectations by a mile.
Anything I needed he made sure to make it happen.
#1 Service in Houston in my opinion.
