I ordered the Pretty Petal Bouquet for my girlfriend. Let me tell you that she really really love them. She especially loved the butterflies on them, she said that they were a very special touch. I ordered them online at around 11 am, same-day delivery and boy did they deliver. I believe she received them around 3 PM. I also made a call to the business regarding a question I had about the delivery, someone picked up the phone immediately and answered my question perfectly. I am very big on Customer Service and that they do what they say they will do, so I was very pleased with them for that. I will definitely be using them again for my next flower services. Every year, we order flowers for our daughters online and we are very pleased with the service and the quality of the flowers of Flowers by Stephanie. We highly recommend this place.
I ordered from Florida same day and needed them in Houston during my friend’s retirement party. The arrangement was Delivered on time for my friend’s retirement party! They were beautiful and the online process was easy! Thank you for assisting with making her day special!
