If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. This place is a total scam. I placed a costly same day delivery order for flowers and they not only would not answer the phone, no flowers were ever received. Now, I will have to dispute the payment with my bank. Do not order from them!

Ordered flowers for my daughter eight days before Valentine's Day, with a note in the online special instructions box that delivery had to be before 9:30 am. Eight days prior, plenty of time to cancel the order if this could not be done. I was never contacted, and my daughter had already left work - 0.4 miles, 5 city blocks, from the florist. Very disappointed.

I paid $140 on Valentines Day for flowers and they never showed up. I called numerous times and nobody would answer or return my calls. Don't order it's a scam
