I would recommend Flooring by Patterson to anyone that is looking to have a project done. I really cannot say enough good things about my experience working with them. Brian is so knowledgeable and incredibly dedicated to making sure that you get the best possible outcome. He went above and beyond any service provider I have ever worked with, and was there from start to finish with a level of support that is unmatched. I had been searching for flooring for quite some time, had numerous quotes from all of the highest rated companies in the area along with big box stores, but none of them compared to Brian in both cost and expertise. He found us an amazing product at a great price and we felt totally at ease with him. He's super knowledgeable and you can tell he sincerely cares about his customers. No gimmicky sales tactics, no high pressure, which I appreciated compared to some of the other companies that came to give us quotes. The installers did an amazing job and our new floors look awesome. I'm sure these floors will last and be super durable for our rental. Do not hesitate to call Brian, he is amazing and will take great care of care of you (and save you money!)
