Staff are all super knowledgeable and helpful. It’s also staffed appropriately, at least during the times we went, so you don’t need an appointment. Store layout was easy to navigate and well thought out. There were plenty of tile samples available so you could see what it would actually look like in the installed location. I also appreciate any business that has cold water available. It is Houston after all. There are a lot of tile stores in the area, but this one has the highest ratings for a reason.

She was very professional and courteous. She was able to help us get some great ideas for our guest bathroom remodel. We had been looking at tile stores for a long time and feel we will be able to make decisions based on the products at the store and Akhila’s Recommendations. Akhila demonstrated a high level of knowledge for the design process we were looking for. We would definitely recommend her to our friends.
