While building a fireplace, the stone we first bought at the 290 store had many defects and it was best to replace them all. The manager at this Dacoma F&D was more than understanding and accommodating. We got the stone replaced and at the same price. We were so happy. Projects came out as planned. Definitely recommend this F&D.

Everything was in stock. Service help was wonderful! I recently had a back injury. Had to ask a employee to help me out . He stopped what he was doing and gave me his undivided attention! I mean he walk around the whole store with me ..put four callS / pages he received on standby . LOADED EVERYTHING..TILE AND SUPPLYS INTO MY TRUCK ! TRUCK ...GREAT SERVICE !

We have purchased floor and tile from Floor and Decor on multiple occasions. It has always been a positive experience. Today Sam was our salesperson and she was very helpful locating the tile we needed a two different locations.
