Driver went “ extra mile” to deliver flowers today . I had provided wrong address and he called me and I was able to contact my daughter and get correct office address . Thank you so much Fancy Flowers for being so customer focused !! Give them a try - they DELIVER THE GOODS !!!

This was a frustrating experience for me. I ordered flowers and was told they’d be delivered before noon which didn’t happen. Then I called to get an eta and the employee couldn’t provide any feedback. He stated he didn’t have the ability to contact the driver and check on eta. I also asked the day before to change the card. He said sure just text the needed changes. When it did arrive it had the uncorrected message on the flowers. The arrangement looked nice but I wouldn’t order here again. Especially if flowers need to be delivered at a specific time bc that’s not an option.

I had a Great experience with Fancy Flowers. The floral arrangement looked like the product photos, actually it looked better than the product photos. It gets better. The recipient was not home when the delivery was attempted so the driver called her and delivered to flowers to another location where she was. The driver took initiative to make his service top notch! Something you rarely experience now days.
