I been a member at F45 memorial for around 6 months now and I have to say it’s been the best decision I’ve made , I’m so grateful with the couches: Malcom, Jeremy, Janna , Karrie Kyle and everyone else in the studio that always motivate me to don’t give up, I’m really grateful Thank you for helping me in my journey!!!!!

Great gym, great location, and great coaches! I did my first passport here the day after Thanksgiving to burn off the sweet potato soufflé and it didn't disappoint. Coach Kyle kept me motivated and on form! Thanks for letting me jump into the workout!
