Today we had Caroline and Jocelyn. As always, they are both great coaches. Their energy's and enthusiasm keeps you going on a very tough Saturday class. Plus, Caroline is a great DJ, her music selection is well picked for the class! Thanks both!
Started with F45 a couple weeks ago and it’s been great so far. I like the variety of classes they offer and the instructors are there to help. I really appreciate helping with my form.
Great place to do an efficient workout in 45min! I really enjoy working out at F45, with different types of training and exercises that make a full body workout fun and efficient. The instructors are very helpful and provide feedback and guidance constantly. If you are thinking about it, just try it and I bet you won’t regret it.
