I was traveling and forgot to bring my contact lenses with me. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind and immediately got to work finding my prescription. In the end they even gave me them for free, all within 10 minutes

There hasn’t been a business where I’ve walked into around the world where there isn’t a wait time. While it is true that some spaces have less wait time it is always a clinic, hospital, or medical office where the wait time is over 30 mins. Patients want to be heard and express their concerns so yes, there is a wait time and at times it does cause discomfort but the results with Dr. Sylvie and her desire to accommodate patients is impressive. Don’t get me started with her little furry child, he is adorable. Overall this place has exceeded my expectations so YES, the wait to be seen by her is worth it. I have been a patient of Eye Care Associates as a child and now again by choice as an adult. Eye Care Associates continues to provide top-notch quality lenses, glasses, lens fitting, contacts, and general care. Dr. Sylvie and Dr. El Hage senior are both extremely knowledgeable and well trained. Dr. Sylvie, who has taken over my care, is also cheerful, compassionate, and an open minded listener. The entire team is top quality and will ensure that your care and especially any glasses are just what you need.
