I’ve used Extreme 3x in the past couple of years for basic dryer vent cleaning. I’ve been satisfied with their work. The team are friendly, efficient, and responsive. I reached out to the office before a recent service and they provided an excellent explanation regarding my situation and concerns. My technician (Anastacio) also listened to my concerns before starting the work. I highly recommend Extreme and will be using them again.
The cleaning job was done thoroughly and professionally. Anastasio and his assistant were on time and provided floor care tips for the future. I will hire Extreme for future jobs. Front Door Pro sent the incorrect information regarding which technician was enroute to perform the job and that is why I did not give 5 stars. They use contractors but don't advertise that fact and the technician that arrives to do the job was totally different from the text message and photo received regarding who was in route. Anastasio did not realize that had occurred and apologized for the confusion.
