I went to do chunky highlights and lady in blonde wanted to do it her way instead if how i showed in the picture. She kept nagging about how my hair was stubborn and i had told her about my hair history being honest and she said no problem . But after being there for hours she just kept saying the same thing , i wouldve appreciate if she wouldve just said from the start i cant do this on your hair .

I washed my hair about 12 hours before coming here, and they blamed me for not letting them shampoo it, saying it made it hard to cut. That makes no sense — my hair was already clean. Used clippers to cut women’s hair. Ruined my hair and wasted my money. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix it. Feels like a scam. Completely unprofessional.
