Today was our second time with Miss Jelly. We still have a ways to go, but it was much better than the other times we have tried to get his haircut. I love that she took the time to learn about him and ask what he likes/is interested in. And she didn't rush him through the haircut either. She goes at his pace. She had Paw Patrol and lollipops waiting for him when we walked in. And we learned last time that the clippers scare him so she tried just scissors this time. He was much more receptive. We highly recommend her and can't wait to see her next month!

He wasn’t forced to sit in a chair or even to wear a cape, she made sure... read full review
