When I walked into the store, the atmosphere felt really awkward. The cashier at the front was staring me up and down. I even said hello to her, but she ignored me and continued giving me an unfriendly stare. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. Is this really your idea of customer service? Based on this experience, I won't be coming back, and I'll be telling my friends not to visit this shop either. The cashier clearly needs better customer service training, as she showed no basic courtesy or professionalism.

10/10 merch 10/10 service. I absolutely love coming here, I’m honestly surprised that the employees don’t know me by name yet 😂 They always have everything I need and more, I have to move money into my bank account before I walk in there because I know I’m gonna find something. I love keeping up with them on Instagram so that I know what’s gonna be there & Believe me, I’ll be back.. Again.. And probably again after that.. This is the K-pop lifestyle, If you’re reading this, you know this

Good store with great selection. This one has more in addition to the Kpop items, so I'd you're wanting blind boxes this store is better than the other evepink. Whereas I think there are more albums at the Bellaire location

I always come here for albums and lightsticks and usually all the girls have been so kind. Unfortunately yesterday the girl working there literally ruined my experience by being so dry and seemed to have an attitude. When I asked her a question she seemed bothered by it and pretended not to hear me to then sigh and answer my question after. I came in excited to purchase a new album and left irritated by her ugly attitude.

I went here on 10th October. Lady in the store didn't even talk to me after asking for a bigbang lightstick. She didn't really even tell me my total for 2 albums. I had to figure it out, $44. Eve Pink, please do better with your staff!!
