Always a nice experience. Staff is very friendly. I would recommend appointments, as they are popular and often busy. Management runs the salon as smooth as possible. In the rare instance there is an issue, they try and rectify the situation immediately. Had a 10+ person birthday party there recently, and was impressed with their organization and professionalism.
